Powervalve drain hose relocation...

Does the tube need to be "downhill" the whole way? I extended and re routed mine, but it goes slightly up hill in a few spots. Will that cause any issues??

Done it on three, they might have slight sag, but it will blow any snot out. Never seen one plugged on mine. If you're getting pulse through it on the track stand, you're good.

And I'll add - I've always rerouted to the exhaust outlet or chaincase drain.

I rerouted mine out down by the front lower a-arm mount and zip tied it to the edge of the nose plastic. It was not hanging down past the plastic and it still got iced over. May have been related to several creek crossings in Dec but when it gets plugged you know it, you loose about 500-700 rpm. Just ran it back under the motor and will just clean up the mess at the end of the year. Some guys have good luck routing it near the exhaust outlet. Eric
