Power Valve Bellow Replacement

I have small tears in my bellows, i already have the nut off the valve itself, my question is the washer/spacer just stuck to the bottom peice of the bellow. When i took the nut off, the nut, bellow and spacer are all one piece. Do i just break them apart to replace the bellow. Any help would be apreciated.

yes they come off.replace with the thicker bellow ones, they have ribs on them.

They do get sticky a little carb cleaner should help break them loose so they seperate.
