Power Claw Track lossing clips? WTF

hey guys went and rode my sled for the first time with the Power Claw and i only put about fifteen miles on it but i lost about fifteen clips off the track! It is a brand new 162 power claw on a M1000. Called the dealer and they said it was tough luck and asked if i wanted to order clips for it! Has anyone else expreinced this before?

check if your nose cones on the tips of your rails are still there. had this happen on mine and stabbed the track and destroyed my whole rear suspension. warranty covered it but not the heli flight out what happen is if you dont bevel the rear of your hyfax, it will catch your clips when your in reverse and shove your hyfax forward popping the nose cones off. happened to me from pinning it in reverse coming down real steep sh*t
