powderlite turbo kits

Was just wondering if any of you guys had any experience with powderlites kits on a nytro???? heard that you can get a fair amount more hp on pump gas than the others rumour or is this true

Will be putting one of there kits on my apex this summer. I believe the reason you may be able to run more boost on pump has to do with being able to pull timing with the RB3.

Just got mine for the Nytro....WOHOOOOOO....

I have a Nytro with Daves kit on it. It is a great kit,one word sums it up, Value, there isnt a kit on the market that has the value in it and the simplicity , things fit good the parts are top notch well thought out, For instance a double down exhaust with ported waste gate ceramic coated turbo RB3 controller boost guage and controller all included in the price and the best part is Dave is reachable willing to share info with anyone no matter whos stuff you run, Now thats a great guy. Dave has sold me lots of stuff he is the greatest to deal with.

Well, We beat him at the Snow West drags with our ThunderCharger supercharged sled but we had our Apex and not our Nytro so it's not apples to apples. I rode Dave's Turbo Nytro and to be honest, me being a supercharger guy I was impressed at how well his sled ran. And don't kid yourself, it still has spool time but it was better than any turbo sled that I have been on before (and I'm use to rip your face off instant power.) I don't think in my opinion that you could go wrong with one of his kits. Just My 20 bucks worth.

I have his kit with the Rb3 in my Nytro, I love it. I only have a few rides on it so far but it has ran very well. That reminds me, how long till the snow starts falling!!!

Thundercharger.............. I am glad to see a honest opinion on the matter. Wish more people would call an ace an ace and a spade a spade.

I just don't see the MPI S/C working for me on the praire and big climbs.

Thinking about taking my S/C off and selling it. Probably go with a turbo

We got it out on the snow just before it was gone. So far I'm lovin it. It actually feels faster than the Apex, but the dyno #'s will tell me. We have had so many customer engines on our dyno that I still haven't had time to put the Nytro on yet. But this is Powderlites thread so I shouldn't talk about my stuff on here. When I have new news I'll post it.
