I own a powdercoat setup I purchased from Eastwoods. I've have great success powdercoating numerous items. Prep is key. I'd be a bit nervous powdercoating a spindle due to needing to bake out all old grease. That could get messy and smokey.
I've converted an old oven as my bake unit. Granted I can only bake items that fit in the oven but I've done items like a arms and swing arms with good success.
