What's the deal since the powder cowboy closure? Is the old access road plowed off of the main bull fsr? If not where are ppl parking to ride there now?
Looking to head out there this weekend any info would be cool.

The road is not plowed off the main Bull fsr, but depending on traffic you can sometimes drive into the last big opening before the cat shed...if not guys have just been staging at the side of the road. There's a fairly big pull out right at the junction off the Bull fsr. Just make sure you're off the road
