Well if your going to complain Rotax at least be an "honest" complainer. You did NOT post any snow conditions and were not helpful at all. You told everybody to Blank off if they wanted to see them. I also didnt even delete your thread and first gave you the fair opportunity to correct it. Which you never did. So dont paint yourself a saint because you know the truth, I would re-post what you said but cant have children reading the profanity you posted.

I dont see why in our new modern society, profanity and sexual matters are still controlled by the weak minority, while a kid on here can see a picture of a bloodied dead deer. Why try to stop the natural progression of the American language. English may be a dead and controlled language, but American English is still growing. New words are added yearly to the Dictionary. A moderators job isnt to protect children, that is the job of the parent of that child. Profanity is reality and an untrained judge that wasn't chosen by his peers based on a long time standing as a representative of America and its values should be the final authority on what is final viewable content. Puritanical religious control on the majority of this for by a few weak individuals who feel the need to police others is definitely going to destroy this forum, at a time when every member has value. Please dont pretend the the moderators give any value to this forum. The way this forum sells advertising is through number. If the numbers drop the Forum income drops. Remember that we members are the commodity you peddle. Please treat us and our writings as sacred. Resist the urge that new police officers have when they try to enforce every law to the letter. Grow instead into the wise old detective, who manipulate the suspect into a place of control and surrender. Steer this forum with a gentle hand and trust that each of us will find the best way for growth and enjoyment by the masses.

I would suggest that your contention that the majority of people on here don't mind the profanity is wrong... but then again, I was wrong once before... like 20 years ago.

So how come some people have an infractions line like this:
Infractions: 1/0 (0)

And others have this:
Infractions: 0/2 (750)

And still others don't have the line at all in their stats section?

Holy cow this whole thing is very confussing.

Gotta side with sled guy. You will loose users if the site degenerates to the lowest common denomenator...and none of that adds any value to the site or the sport. You wanna spew hate, prafanity and ****, there are sites for that. This has all been hashed out before. This is a sled site. It's snowest's sled site, and not a democracy.

I guess I'm a little bit of a hippocrite in the fact that I hate the over-moderation on here, but I do find profanity to be offensive and shows a lack of respect for the other users of the forum.

I have to say that the bad language used on a site like this in not liked by myself or my wife, my son loves to wonder around SW and reads very well. IMO if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. No matter who it is, you or me. ha....cause people are bored and cannot find anything amusing or interesting about what their friends are thinking at the minute on facebook, so they bring their drama here, where mostly all we want to do is BS with Sledders, which is why this post started....... wait, didnt this post just cancel itself out?
