You have to upload it to places like http://www.youtube.com/ or http://photobucket.com/ or http://www.putfile.com/ some of them have a time limit or a size restriction but you can use windows movie maker to compress it to size http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/default.mspx
Then you just use to provided link that one of the hosting sites you uploaded your video to and place it in your post

i enjoyed watching those two more than boondockers alive.. Nice freakin riding. What the heck is in that nightfire cause i know a stocker don't run the hot.. Nice video, if you got a better camera you could probably put that footage in a movie.
