Looked at 5 cabins today in timberlakes that I saw on KSL and Craigs list. Pretty much anything in the 200-300K range is in need of a complete overhaul. Looked at one that was 400K that didnt even have a furnace, wood burning stove only for 3300 sq ft of cabin.

really? most of the pics on KSL looked good......but you know how that can go.

A buddy in Elk River Idaho has a wood stove in a 2,500 ish cabin that does the job good. I had no idea such a tiny stove would heat a pole barn cabin. I need to find someone to go in 1/2 on a cabin. But its tricky finding someone you can trust and/or scheduling time on who gets the cabin on what days...

It's part of a series of trails less than a mile from my house up at Suncrest. My wife and a neighbor have recently decided to hike a couple days a week while the kids are in school. They have found trails I never knew existed. We took the whole fam on a hike to see what she thought was so gorgeous. Yep, it was jaw dropping amazing. Guess what? It would be a ripping single track too. It's not marked right now, but I looked on line and the whole area is labeled non motorized. HHMMMMMMM. Should I ride it? Cuz I don't have internet right??????

BTW. rode AF and I've never seen so many friggin people. Must be fall colors, cool temps and Elk opener.

My riding buddy owns Rocky Mountain Stove and Fireplace, tell him I sent you and he will fix you up; he owns a couple cabins and knows what works! Plus he is one of the best mountain riders in Utah; it helps when your family owns sled shops!

I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR.. Anyone go out for the opener of the duck hunt yesterday? We went out on my dads airboat yesterday, we got our limit of 28 ducks in 45 minutes, it was HOT. 20 Drake Mallards, 2 Suzzie Mallards, 4 Pintails, and 2 Widgeon's. I need to take pictures!!!!!

No puff yet. I'm stalling so I don't prematurely hurt her. Actually haven't heard or called yet. Don't want to pay yet.
I bought mine from Bridger Valley. Kind of a relative deal. Must show support, plus their service from my cabin will be great. Not that I anticipate any service being needed.
