Possible visit to Utah (from Jackson Hole) - where to ride?

Hey there everyone,

You may have seen some of my other posts, but wanted to put one on here as well. We are flying into jackson hole this weekend for a 2week stay for the holiday - we can't wait!! anyway...we are planning some snowmobiling in jackson hole, but area also looking into the options of driving to the utah area (as well as idaho in fact) and just wanted to send a thread to see where you might recommend right now. Pray for snow.
Very little snow for snowmobiling as of Monday am. A possible chance for snow is this Wednesday.

If possible push your vacation back a week or so.....not much snow around here right now. Your best beat would be to stay around Jackson and ride togwotee area until storms start rolling our way, and that doesn't look like it will happen anytime before Christmas.

Yep Utah sucks this year for snow so far. I would not recommed traveling to Utah to ride just yet. Maybe in a few weeks but its still only road riding here in most places.

Thanks everyone! Bummer...we can't move our trip back, but we're just going to stay in jackson and do anything/everything from snowmobiling of course snowshoeing, snowboarding, cross country skiing...

Happy Holidays to you all! I'll be continually looking online to see where our trip might take us during the two weeks. We're traveling from Washington, DC (lived in Seattle but just moved out to the DC area this summer) so can't just move our vacation. We just may have to come out another time

Big horn mtns in Wyoming have decent snow.....not sure what the drive would be like from jackson though..might want to look into that.
