Have a buddy that just bought a 08 TNT and had problems with the belt burning and not taching out properly, not only that he put on 4 belts in about 150 miles. Went to the dealer and got a new belt for a REV 440 and it seems to have cured the problem, he has put on over 200 miles since with no troubles at all. If anybody out there is having a problem similar to this try a race belt.
