POOR STARTING

Has anyone had there 1100 turbo have hard time starting I had changed my battery because it would not hold a charge and bought a custom gel battery 12 cell light weight seems to turn over well but won't fire takes me turning machine on and off few times before it goes worst when cold.

From what I've read thats about right for the lightweight batteries. You have to cycle them several times to get enough internal heat in the battery for it too work. Do a search on here there is a thread all about it.

Dead on how my ballistic battery works. Takes a couple cycles a few minutes apart. It is kind of a pain but I will take it for the weight loss. 10 degrees and warmer it fires up the first try. I have started it in -25 with the cycling of the battery. The first time I try it will hardly turn over.

If you put your gauge in diagnostic you see the voltage. You can actually see the voltage increasing.
