Polaris rentals in the Snowies

^^^^^^^^^
You don't need a permit to rent sleds, you need a permit to be a guide,

I'm pretty sure you need to a commercial permit on your sleds if you rent them-- if you are in business to rent sleds- you have pay a different sticker price...all the guys in Laramie have to buy them- why shouldn't Nick??

Probably because he rents them in Colorado where his place of business is, and it's the customer that chooses to go to Wyoming. ? Just a guess.....I like to give the benefit of doubt to people.

thats what I was getting at, he's not on the mountain renting ever day, he's renting from his shop. Would be like me renting to a friend of a friend for the weekend.

i dont think that matters- If he is making money on the deal- he needs to have the correct permit-- If he doesn't it would not be fair to the Laramie guys when they are renting sleds.

If you rent to your freind- you are making money so you should have the correct permit....... I know this cuz my friend in Sheridan had to buy a special permit since he was making money from his sled

If he rents in CO and the people use it in WY- they need a special permit-- My friend in Sheridan had to do this--they have sleds in both MT and WY
