Ha! That old single lunger 250 Bravo brings back memories!!!

My second sled was a late 70's (or was it a 1980?) Polaris 340 TXL - man could that little SOB haul some azz. It was set up for lake racing. Of course back then we spent more time keeping them running than we did actually riding them! Usually I was hot and tired just from trying to start it let alone riding it. Riding in powder was just a pipe dream back then.

But it probably weighed less than my Pro does!

That 250 Enticer made Yamaha a pretty good name in the snowmobile world. I think the only way you could damage one was by driving it into a tree. You couldn't wreck the engine or clutches and I kinda remember the advertising that they sold for $999 or $1999. Either price is a far cry from today's sled!!!

Anyone being totally honest with themselves couldnt say it would not be fun to go back to those days. even to get back some of the people you rode with or actually taught you to ride. They can never take that from a guy....oh and yea a seat made for the the whole family. The mother in law even has a place behind the seat..
