Polaris IQr 700 Mountain

I bought this sled brand new as a 440. It was never raced. I ran it for a while then put my 700 VES motor from my pro-x into it. Extended it to a 144” using a RMK skid to get a better attack angle for deep snow.. This sled is clean and solid.

Oil Injection with a 600rr oil bottle

Jetted down to 0° safely, but runs very well all the way up to 30°

Mods

I have heard it's a tough mod to put the 7/800 BB into the chassis? Did you need to modify the bulkhead for the recoil/waterpump housing? Is the oil pump still on the motor or does it interfere with the bulkhead?

Where did you get the pipe or is it the stock 600 pipe?

It is a project, especially if you want to keep oil injection. The bulkhead has been modified to accept the oil pump and to clear on the mag side. I used the mod straps and everything worked really good for me. Here are some pictures from the build. It is a stock 700 pipe that was modified to fit.

Just a couple questions... How did u manage to use the stock airbox with the bigblock? And y r u selling this sled? I have a similar setup that im trying to sell but only cuz i blew the motor and cant really afford to fix it right now.

The way the motor was mounted along with the pro-x carb boots, it is perfect for the stock box.

Reason for selling? I purchased a Pro. No need for two sleds.

Yes rjkoll, it climbs much better actually! Not sure about the M8s tho..
