I CANT WAIT FOR MY LITTLE BRO TO GET HIS NEW PRO RIDE SO I CAN SPANK HIM W MY A/C

ARCTIC CAT ROCKS

Honestly I hope the best for them. We really need all the manufactures to be competitive.

But I don't think Polaris has the mysterious 2500-3000 mile crank failure thing figured out.

But 4 year warranty should get you close. If you can ride is stock for that long.

I am ready for AC to step up a bit next year and do something different. Something like cut 50 lbs from the M1000 would be a good start. Update the DD. Maybe even back to a chain drive.

Cat CAt cAt CAt CAt!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!

DOO rhymes with pooh, Poo rhymes with pooh, Yamaha rhymes with heavy tank, and Arctic Cat rhymes with FU@K!N Awesome...........strange eh?!

that new polaris is so damn ugly! i don't care how well it works, i just can't get over the way it looks. what were they thinking?

UGLY?!?!?!?!?!

You have to be the only person I've read about/talked to that thought they were ugly. Everyone else LOVES them....including me :face-icon-small-coo

I do not know, at first I was ready to Snowcheck the new Pro Rmk, but I am not going to give my Dragon away like everyone else is doing, plus there is that first year issue to look at, although my 08 XP was never a problem. I do hope that AC steps up to the plate next year, if nothing else make a lighter higher HP M1000, or better yet a new chassis. but the competition breeds better performance thus better sleds for us.

I've had riding days ruined with friends who ride every different mfr. Cats included. I'm impressed with the changes that were made to the Polaris, but I'm not buying one. They really let me down with my 08.

I snow checked one. The sled feels great. I can't wait to get it into my stable next to my OVS TM1200, OVS TM8 and TAPEX. Next Winter will be stellar.

I learned my lesson, will never buy a first year production sled.

^^^Yup!!

I think it's a great looking sled and we'll see how they do next season. I heard that the demo at the Jackson Hole Hillclimb had major flex in the running boards. Based on that info, I doubt it will be a 430# machine.

I don't know what I'll be riding next, my M-sled will be a sacked out POS if it has to endure 2 more years.

you are being sarcastic right? i agree with --->
it's a cross between a mid 90's AC 440/580 and new summit......

only i think it looks more like the 1st rev's rather than the new summit xp's. the retro thing isn't working for me at all. i'd say its an 04 rev in mid 90's arctic cat clothes, and crappy colors. sorry guys. maybe it looks a bit better in person, but the pics and videos are gross.

I cant understand why anyone would want to go back the the old chain drive my 1970 panther had a chain drive.

We got a chance to ride the pro's at West Yellowstone. Although the snow conditions where horrible we got a chance to test out the engine. We had about 6 pro's and 4 2010 dragon 800s in the group so we could compare. Drag racing them up the hard packed hill was anybodies call. Sometimes the pro would win sometimes the 2010 would win. On the trails the 2010 even seemed to be a bit more snappier off the bottom end. I hope they do well, but was still hoping for more horsepower.
