polaris fusion 900 so much torque but no lights

hey just bought a 2005 polaris fusion 900 with 2000 miles on it. it ran fine for a couple quick runs but last run it seemed like it would have a slight back fire then all the lights tach an speedo quit?? i unplugged the voltage regulator just to see if that was the issue but nothing checked the relays they where both clean? any suggestions? thanks

there is a relay taped to wiring harness on the right side check this relay. It is a special relay have to order from polaris. It cuts in at a set rpm
