Anyone try this stuff? I was looking at it today and it sure is thin. Just wondering how it is for warmth. They say it is wind and water proof, but it is fairly pricey, comparable to Klim. At least we know Klim is what it says.

Looked at it today at my dealer and it is the chit to have. Gloves won't soak up water, period. I'll buy some of that gear later this season when needed.

A popular brand of snowmobile clothing used to use this stuff in some of thier line from what I understand. There is a reason they quit using it. Stick with Gore-Tex Enough said.

many guys that snowchecked will be getting it with their sled..........there should be plenty of real world experience to be shared in the next few weeks... i have some on the way (and usually wear klim), so i will give an honest review for those that would like to have some info before making a purchase. there are several good skiwear companies that are using it. i think it should be fairly decent...it is not a "spray on" coating. it is a fabric like gore, from what i understand.

I have a jacket on the way with my sled also. I have always used Klim so will be making a comparison. Will keep you posted when I test it.

Thanks guys, I jumped in and bought a jacket and bibs today. Wanted to be the guinie pig and not buy Klim. We'll see how it goes.
