Polaris blue oil for 2010' rmk 800 break in

Just picked up a 2010' 800 rmk 144. Dealer said to use the polaris blue oil/semi synthetic for break in and then polaris ves gold afterwards what is everyone else being told by the dealers?
Thanks

Mine gave me a gallon of VES gold with the sled purchase, said run that in the tank and a pint added to the first fuel tank. Said after that first gallon is gone run any oil I want as long as it's a synthetic rated for exhaust valves.

Oh and mine is 2010 800 as well.

dealer told me just to use ves gold in the oil tank and a quart of the polaris blue oil in the first tank of gas

My dealer said there is a liter in the tank, which they filled with premium. Never said anything about what to use in the inj system. I have always used amsoil interceptor.

x2; used polaris blue to break in the new update to the 08-09's. Allows the the rings to seat with the blue being a "semi" instead of full synthetic. For some reason it's hard to rely on the dealer anymore, some the of guys on here (ron, Indy Dan, MT. horse) have more knowledge then most of our dealers will ever know about.

You can use any 2 stroke oil you want to break in the motor it just takes longer to seat the engine parts with synthetic oils

Like never....

You tell me.. (I'll be the first to admit these aren't from the same engine, but it does give a good idea). Both were from running engines. Can you tell me which was using synthetic for break in?

Well, I know somebody is going to ask it. What's the best oil out there? IS synthetic actually better for a motor than Petroleum based oils????
May the great oil debate begin. Go!!!!

The second piston is the syn oil piston and the rings seated later in life.the piston may not look pretty but it doesn't hurt any thing the piston is controlled by the rings at the top and does not touch the cylinder wall
