I have got two cylinders from a Polaris 800 BB that have been sleeved with cast iron inserts from LA Sleeve. These are brand new with no miles on them. They are ready to install.

what is the bore size and who makes pistons

The bore is stock size. 88mm i believe. So stock pistons work.
