Hymark head set for 700 non-ves. Nice shape.

Hymark Performance has developed a billet aluminum Cool Head system for the new Polaris 700 twin cylinder engines. These billet Cool Head sets are unique in the design and function. The design of these heads are to enable the installer to rotate the replaceable domes (before tightening head bolts ) to any desired position in order to index the spark plug gap opening. The replaceable domes are finned which provides over twice the surface area for cooling. In the domes of the combustion chamber we also have an outer perimeter radius that helps eliminate detonation. The outer perimeter radius helps accelerate combustion end gases away from the outer perimeter of the piston where most detonation occurs. The perimeter radius works so well we hold the patent on this machining process. Individuals and dealers will appreciate the fact that the Cool Head cover will fit the 700 Polaris engine with only changing the domes, The Cool Head cover also adds rigidity to the engine cylinders. The Head covers are bright dipped and black anodized to give it a sanitary and attractive appearance.
We have saved the best for last, at 7500 RPM on a ported and piped 700 engine with the Hymark Performance Cool Head system installed we gained 10 lbs. of torque and 14.2 H.P. over the same engine using the stock Polaris head. This test was done with premium pump fuel. The stock head volume is 39.2cc.
