POLARIS 1000 rebate????

Still have not seen my money. I call polaris once a day and keep getting different anwsers. My dealer keeps calling and said he get the same. i picked up my sled in late sept and sent all the paperwork in right away and still nothing. I have been told a number of times that is scheduled to go out Friday and then call the next week just to hear the same thing. I was wondering if anybody else was having the same problem? My dealer called yesterday and said he got a email that said I was finally approved on2-22-12 and please allow 4 to 8 weeks delivery? Do they not know that theres more than the pony express nowdays? what a joke. Iguess this is what you get for being a loyal polaris customer and buying new sleds every yaer or 2. What a joke this was. My buddy said look at it this way you will have 1000 to put down on a 2013.

Polaris should next day that rebate!!!!!! I think they moved the customer service office to Mexico. I'm also a loyal Polaris fan but the customer service from Polaris has never been good IMHO.

By the way I think I saw your pony eating hay by the casino.

No suprise. It ususally take 3-6 months for dlrs to get paid any rebates or holdback. Most of the midwest dealers are working in negative numbers just to get product off of their floorplans. Has been that way for years.

Not true I get my rebates within 10 days of paying it off with GE the flooring company.Holdback is now paid at the first of each quarter.The company that Polaris hired to do the $1000.00 rebate Fubared it to the max.I had 3 customers all get there gift cards about a month ago only about 4 months late.

Well at least someone does. We are about 15 miles from headquarters in Medina and minimum will have to wait 3 mos. to get holdback and rebates.

Mine finally showed up today. I dont know if polaris got sick of me calling everyday or what the deal was but I got it. It was quit funny how nobody at polaris could tell me when I was going to get it but shows up out of the blue. Oh well atleast it came in time to snowcheck another.
