So we get a email from the Hidden Gems, it says, long story short,
"our opposition got to it first come on and vote, if you wait 3 hours you can vote again!!!"

HOW bad is that when they are telling the greenies that are so perfect to cheat?

Well...let's all play by their rules and vote again.

Guess we can't:

This week’s online poll has been pulled as a result of voter efforts to stuff the ballot box, so to speak.

WHO stuffed the box? We didn't cheat...at least not before they did.

That is totally BS.

Just because they didn't like the results...they claim it's invalid.

Looks like it's time to write a letter to a certain Aspen Newspaper.

Must not of gotten the answer they wanted.....so don't accept it, Great Work Farmer!! this worked, they were looking to pollute the polluted and we stuffed it! lets carry this out and write a few letters to this newspaper, where do we write?:face-icon-small-hap

What a joke! I guess they took their ball and went home to tell their mom that everyone was picking on them. Sounds like someone needs a good whitewash. :D

I was lookin forward to voting and seen they pulled it WTF??

what a bunch of pansies:D

The response to my letter:

Several clues led to the decision. First, a large, unprecedented number ofvotes, extremely skewed to one side. Second, an e-mail from the other sideurging its supporters to respond in kind (by individuals voting multipletimes). Third, a number of complaints from participants, saying their votesfor some reason had tallied to the wrong side. This is not the first time that someone has messed with our poll; apparentlyit¹s not all that hard to do. It matters little to us which side waswinning, or which side started the manipulation. But we were convinced theentire exercise had become a contest between interest groups, and not a pollat all. This is just for your information, and not for public consumption, please. Rick CarrollManaging Editor

OF COURSE someone can stick in a vote and "CLAIM" it was submitted on the wrong side...that's how you skew the votes.

Whatever...if they are going to run a poll...have the software to run it legit and make it fair. Doofuses.

Maybe it was counting the way the public responded. Sounds like the same ratio of supporters at the last county commissioners meeting.

Funny, they're too stupid to know how their polling software works. Haven't they ever heard of IP Address recording?

And, it's a political question, pitting battling sides against one another. What the heck did they expect. The "Undecideds" to rush out and vote.
