I have exhausted every thread searching for pictures of an '05 BLUE DOO 800 Summit without the side decals on it.

I'm considering removing them on mine but I need to be able to see what it would look like without them before I commit!

I guess I'm just afraid of commitment :D

Seriously, I've seen many black ones without the decals and they look great but I'm not so sure the thing would look right naked, in Blue

You can always buy more decals from Ski Doo if you don't like how it looks. Here is a 2 min job I did in Paint, this sled still has the real decals on it but it should give you an idea. If you PM me an email addy I can send you the bigger photo so you can see it clearer.

I just did a quicky job in "Paint" and I think I like the look.
I can always replace them if I really don't like it though.

I just want to make it a little different looking than the hundreds of other blue 800's out here!

Here's what I came up with...

Well I just finished the job this morning and I'm really pleased with the results.
It turned out great. I lightly cut the decals around the "SKI-DOO Summit" part of it and used heat and then cleaned up the goo with some 3M adhesive remover then polished the panels up with some automotive plastic trim cleaner and conditioner.

Glad I did it.:D

lets see some pics.... i really like the custom cutdown style graphics, i did that on mine, took all the side ones of and when i painted the hood, i taped off the 1000sdi part. so you still know what it is, if the pig didnt make itself obvious enough
