Please post your 07 XRS 159 Clutching Setups

433 ramps
17-20g with a Dalton Pin Kit
Softer Primary spring
44/40 or 42/38 helix
Stock Sec Spring

Geared down 19/47

Jetted down 2 sizes running stock pipes with MBRP or CPI cans.

Same set-up for 151's , change the pin weight a bit.....

I ended up with a slightly different set-up that I really liked on last years XRS's but this set-up here is pretty bulletproof.

Thanks, that is pretty close to what I will have when done but what are your thoughts about gearing to a 20 instead of 19?

Oh, and why did you jet down.

I jetted down 2 sizes because when I went 3 sizes the knock sensor came on! haha
It's a little lean for blasting across a lake at 3k but for mtn riding above 6k it's spot on.

You can try the 20t but to achieve the proper chain deflection the 19/47 was perfect.

Oh and 1mm Oversize Rollers were a MUST! Not too many customers liked the shifting of the 433's without using the oversize rollers. I concur.
