Polypropolene most likely.

I use the airless (soldering iron type) set and it comes with all different rods and a video. Key is just like any other weld, get it hot hot hot and to the point of falling apart then your filler rod will melt in nicely. A little practice and you will be a pro.

Tip, identify the correct plastic to use the correct rod first. Check the back of your panel and it will have a identifier stamped somewhere.
