Plastic flyer sledding near Boise

Is there any place close to Boise (1 - 1 1/2 hrs) to take kids plastic flyer sledding? From what I hear, the hill in Idaho City is no longer accessible.

I think there is a new tubing hill in Garden Valley.

Alot of people go to the south east side of cascade lake. Past all the camp grounds.
