Places to stay at in Togwotee

Planning a trip to Togwotee wy in march. We've been out there twice before and stayed at Togwotee Mountian Lodge both times. Its a great place to stay, but kind of on the expensive side compared to where we have stayed at other riding areas. Just looking for your guys opinions on a decent place to stay that isn't so pricey.

Ate at lava lodge last yr when we were out at Tog, seemed like a nice place. Heard nothing but good about Turpin. Rigrht around or just a bit past Turpin ( heading down the mtn) is Grand Teton Rv. There website says they have cabins to rent, but I dont have any 1st hand knowledge. They were helpful when we need sleds a few yrs back.
Brook's lake Lodge is up in that same area, but I believe that is on about the same level as Tog...
Crooked Creek and Lineshack are also options depending on how far from Tog you want to get...

Thought I would just add that I just reserved my ride for this year at turpin meadow ranch and everyone I talked to there was super nice and helpful.

we normally stay at the super 8 in dubois and trailer up every morning, its only a half hour drive tops and is real nice reasonable place to stay

thanks. ill mention ur place at our next club meeting and see if they would be interested in staying there or not. last year we stayed at lava mt. and we had a great time and would love to go back.

These guys do so much on keeping us up to date on snow conditions and when the next storm is going to hit... They go beyond normal customer service. I would highly reccomend Turpin Meadow Ranch over any other place near by!! Thanks Dennis please keep the good work up!! DC

We do not any cabins with kitchens. We do have a couple of cabins with microwaves and refrigs.

If you are driving from the Duboise side are you past Tog Lodge or before?

Turpin meadow ranch is northwest of togwotee mountain lodge, so its past togwotee lodge comin from dubois. If you look at the map posted previously cowboy village is now called togwotee mt lodge. Dubois is off the map to the east.

Lava Mnt. lodge. would be about 6-8 miles before togwotee lodge and Turpin Meadows is another 3 miles or so past Tog. if you are coming up from Dubois.

Check out this cabin. www.wslodge.com It sleeps many guys comfortably has cable and a full kitchen. Snowmobile up to front door. Close to Crooked Creek and Line Shack. With a large group makes things real cheap. We go there every year.

I will agree that Dennis does a great job!!!!! We will going back this year, We had a sled break and Dennis let us use his shop for about two hours to try and figure out how to fix it. I would highly recommend Turpin Meadow Ranch...Thanks Dennis, Wish I could of went Elk Hunting this Year Maybe Next Year..
