The snow is usually pretty thin at the Princeton hot springs and riding there from Cottonwood Pass would be difficult. The only way I know of would be through Tincup and St Elmo and then doing some road riding that is posted no snowmobiles. Your best bet would be to trailer to the hot springs which is on the way to St Elmo which has easy access to Hancock and Tincup Passes.

You have to really have to park at St Elmo, you can go over Tin Cup pass and over to Taylor park then up to Cottonwood. We always stay in the Hancock area or cottonwood. Spring Creek through Cottonwood. Plenty of places to choose from.

That is what I was trying to say, if you want to go to the hot springs, stop with your truck on the way back from riding out of St Elmo
