Got a question for those who ride and know the area South of Encampment, Hog Park, and specifically Pipeline Road. I have been riding the area for many years now, and just happened to grab a Wyoming OHV trail map, and noticed that much of the Pipeline Road area is restricted from sledding. Why? Cannot imagine that it would be a wildlife habitat area in the Winter due to the altitude and amount of snow? Anyone know why there's a restriction. There are no signs posted in the area.
