Pipe and can question?

Just put my hps can on the other day while doing it noticed that the pipe doesn't line up very good with the y- pipe!! Just had sled at dealership and the replace the exhaust doanut and gaskets because i had oil leaking out of the exhaust. Just wondering if any one else has noticed this. I don't believe the can has anything to do with it since i took it off and it still doesn't fit right. If i take the spring that holds the pipe down off i can get the pipe to line up right.

Anyone look at the pipe and see if the top of the pipe is pulled down a little? I never looked at it last season I think mine must have been like that the whole time.
