pine pass

Hope the pass is going to get more soon. The Torpy already has 5 feet on top but I'm getting sick of the trail ride in! Pretty happy I already got 3 rides in though.

Trail riding is all I want to do this year!

couple guys have said its waist deep up the burnt and silver sands few guys said calazon was good for a road ride and dipping off into the edge and stuff

When you going out Brendan, spoke to Sheldon and his sled is ready for a ride. This weekend might be the weekend. Cheers.

i may or may not have my sled running for the weekend just waiting for supercharger parts and a oil tank for the belt drive other than that i need to rebuild the motor so its fresh for boost and put some new bars on!!
im hoping for this weekend but it will probably be the next for me..:mmph:

couple of us are looking to go to the pass on sunday.. where do you think we will have our best luck?

Hmmmm

Silversands, Calzone, Beaver or Bijoux. Hassler, I hate that 40km in drive in though!

Hasler we might give a go(we learned to call our km's a few years back). I doubt there will be enough snow for Murrays as we tried early last year and its never as good early on as it is late in the year. Hopefully there is enough snow to rock bijoux.

haslers my fave drive out of everywhere its the quickest of all the places no ones usually on the road just call your miles and fly haha

I have a radio from working rigs out that way. Has all the channels pre-programmed. Truckers/service hands are alot easier to get along with if you obey the rules of their roads! No radio=getting run off the road!

Busted a trail up to the first part of Beaver Creek on Monday. Still a lot of missing snow, the big faces are all covered in trees that i haven't seen before. Still had a great time playing on the lower sections where the powder had collected

Went to the Bijoux cabin and had a blast in there earlier this week. It was simply awesome.

3 days at PK

Snow was awesome, it was a little cold but had a great time. 2 days up the Bijoux trail system and into the back. The last day we rode the Camel Humps back toward Beaver.

hasler was in decent shape. little sledded out by the end of friday but I don't know how much snow ended up dumping there on the weekend.

Hasler today was windblown, but some good snow in the trees.
the road was so iced up from the above freezing temps, we wouldn't have gotten out if we didn't have studded tires. straight ice.
even used ratchet straps as tire chains on one hill.
spun out and the whole rig started to slide backwards for about 50 feet.
