Anyone know what the snow conditions are like at Beaver Creek, Hassler, Silver sands areas. What is the weather supposed to be like for next week?? (Feb 6-8)

I was at beaver cr. the weekend before last, it was incredible, lots of fresh snow. Forcasting more snow next week. I'm going back to beaver cr. tomorrow I'll repost let you know how it was.

Perfect, sounds good. hope to get up there very soon. I'm getting some Alberta withdrawl here.

I Arrived At The Cabin Last Nite. Safe And Sound And Tons Of Snow. Can't Drive In Have To Walk In. An Avalanche Has Blocked The Highway Just West Of Heart Lake Pull Out Yesterday. 30 Or 40 Feet Deep 1/2 Mile Long. The Highway Is Closed For An Approximate 2 More Days. Be Careful Riding Boys The Snow Is Unstable Fortunately There Is Enough Snow On The Flats To Give Us Enough Enjoyment.

We were in SilverSands for the weekend Feb. 8-10th, broke trail for all three days was incredible,, friday was -25, sat was -25, sun -6,, did not even feel the cold the first two days because of the snow,,,:D:D

Cover me I'm goin in....!

Well I cant believe no one has posted anything for this long about the Pine Pass. Must mean its really good and everyone is still out there. LOL. Headin in tomorrow for a couple days. Going to hang out with Renegad if i can find him... haha. Will post conditions when i get back.:D

great 2 weeks of riding. the snow is fantastic and is setting up well. after finished shoveling, plowing. Not much else to do then ride. Great big blue sunny skies, postcard perfect.

Renegad is entirely right! WOW! Warm that was border line hot! It was definitly go anywhere snow, why? because we went every where... We were able to make a trip between two different riding areas, this was awsome. We rocketed up some nice slope with nothing more then our tracks in the snow the whole way.... wooohooo! The compacted snow was already looking blueish with saturated water. Snow is in the forcast and riding should be good for a little while yet. Dont wait thou. And dont forget to stop in at the SilverSands Resturant, Sherry can cook one hell of a meal!

Ride safe, its only a good trip if you can come home and brag about it...!

Great advice POK900. I enjoyed your company as always. Hope to get out again real soon. Always a spot for you. Great weather and great snow and a great riding partner. Thanks

Rode beavercreekyesterday. What a rodeo trying to get up the creek bed!! All ice destroyed a new set of scratchers sliding baCKWARDS! Once we got in there tho and it warmed up some south facing slopes weren't to bad. Had to rebuild a 800 zx, new jug an piston pto side ( couple hrs). Hopefully it warms up a whole pile for next days off ride, beaver creek rocks in the spring! Wes G U around? Been riding much? Will xross yer path soon friend..........SLEDIOT

Well we rode Beaver Creek on Tuesday it was great. We went South, South, South and then a bit farther South. The snow was good. It rained down low on Tuesday nite but it snow 300-400ft up so fresh powder. Any one want to ride I'm partnerless and at the cabin.

Spent The Last Couple Of Weeks Sledding. Went Into Beaver Creek And Powderking. Snow Is Great The Trail Into Beaver Is Still Good Too. Did Rain Down Low But Had 14" Of Fresh In The Alpine. Good Time Had By All. Still Snow If Anyone Wants To Sled.
