Pickup flat bed/sled deck

Anyone ever use or build a flat bed on a pickup as a sled bed. Like the sled beds but was think of using a flat bed instead. Would keep it narrow and put on extensions when hauling sleds. Show some pics if you done this or seen something like this. thanks

Yah kind of like that. Can you fit two sleds on it. Did you buy it or build it. Questioning how to fit two sleds on it but keeping narrow when empty.

Yes, it holds 2 sleds...Built it, but it is for sale in Swapmeet!

Ramp is one piece that unfolds sideways into 3, kinda....Stored between frame rails under deck!
