Philly Police Officer runs background check on Obama

We had a U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement Officer do the same thing to a local gas station owner. He was mad because his girlfriend had dumped him for the station owner. Was in the store questioning the employees, then did a criminal background ck among other searches. All he got was 6mo. without his fire arm. Rules are differnt for the feds appearantly.

anyone can run a background check online threw certain sites. just costs a little cash. people often use there jobs for things that might be questionable i don't see what the big deal is if you don't have anything to hide why worry about it. now if he was gathering information to pass along to someone else that would be a different story.
because.... drum role here....... the rules of his job dictate that he is not supposed to do that...

true and half the people on here during the day are at work wonder what the rules say about that ? there are rules for everything and some follow some do not, that's why there are rule enforcers that keep us in check and there is an organization to keep them in check. But now we have the leader of our country who can even follow rules, Not condoning and saying its bad and he should be fired just saying there are some exceptions to the rule until its time to make an example out of someone. And as far as the Leo who state its against the rules don't believe one of them who said they have never did a criminal history or ran a plate just to see who it was or for some personal gain
