I had my sled go down on a ride this monday presidencts day. That was Jan 21st 2008. The crank bearing took out the motor on my 2007 800R Ski-Doo. I dropped it off to the dealer Monday night and showed them the sled. I get a call Tuesday the nextday letting my know that the motor is under warranty and I am getting a new 2008 motor. Today is Friday the 25th. I just got a call from the dealer MY SLED IS READY TO ROCK!!!!!!! I am riding tommorow . How cool is that four days in and out. I also have had good experience with Bob's, these days you can find a new sled for the price you want. But a dealer that goes the extra after the sale will always have repeat business.

I've been told the guys RMS are great to deal with, after they sell you the sled.
