Hey powder,that vent is made by SLP,it was originally a vent off a Polaris RMK.They work great for the intake,had one on my m8t.

Close up pictures of this please? Have already bougth on so I'm interested to see how others have mounted it.. Did you remove the hole exhaust assably?
