performance eniges

is there any brands or Companys that are still making kits for engines like the brand psi? what else is out there?
they don't even have to be in business anymore but like bigger brands like psi and hooper. can anyone name any others?

D&D Racing made some monster triple engines at one time. 1700+cc depending on the cylinders used with a custom crankcase casting. Made some big twin big bores as well. They are still in business, but those type of engines are not on their website anymore.

Speedwerx used to have big bores that they don't do anymore.

Cutler's Performance Center (CPC) made some big bore engines, pipes, etc. too at one point, but not supported anymore. Dad still has one of their 1300 twin kits on a M1000.

Black Magic Motorsports/Racing was another big player in the Cat world at one time that is now gone.

I almost bought an M1300 at the Puyallup show about 10-11 years ago. I would really like to try a good running one on a deep snow day.

Last time I rode it and was doing some tuning it was fresh after a storm. It was only turning 7000 RPM on top (too much timing I think), but the bottom end is pretty insane. More than my supercharger. Paired with a 3" PC track and it's a hoot. No problems climbing anything I pointed it up even running short on R's.

You can still build one if you want. D&Ds case was just a one piece version of two 900 King Cat cases welded together.
Pick up a thundercat ignition and you've got yourself a motor.
