What year was PERC available on the RMKs?

2004 was the first year it came on the sled.

2003 - most sleds were ready with flywheel, stator, oil pump, etc. Dealer would change wiring harness, tach, secondary clutch, cdi, and left hand control. Every once in awhile someone mentions the recoil pawl but I've not changed them on the pre 2003 sleds and haven't had any hiccups.

Gives you an idea of the dealer changes.

I've added it to my 2000 500 XC, 2002 800 RMK, 2002 700 XC, etc. My wife's 2002 550 fan is next.

Yep standard in 04.

800s they are right.

However, the 600RMK came with PERC starting in 2002.

I bought a kit and put it on my 2002 rmk 800 only thing that did not come with the kit was an oil pump. I found one of thoes on ebay or snowest I don't remember for like $15 and only took me about 3 hrs to put in the sled.

Thanks, I was just confused as I picked up an 03 this year but it had PERC. Nows I know it got added.

02 and 03 snow check sleds could be orderer with perc.

Not 02 800 snowchecks, only 03 800 snowcheck Vertical Escapes.

No 02 700 either.

But the 02 600RMK had it.

And if you are putting it on an 02 with a kit the flywheel is different.

My 03 vert escape 800 has perc it was snowchecked.
