my buddy took that photo, and i never went below the speed limit in my wrx, that thing pedal to the metal until it got hit by a taco.
the only cool subaru is the WRX. all the rest are for leaf lickin tree huggin Obama lovin liberals(except those of you who have snowmobiles 
).....everyone in Missoula has a Forest Green Forester.....one day we drove half way across town and counted 49 forest green foresters...thats just the green ones! lol they drive me nuts! probably 95% of them here have Obama stickers on the bumper along with a "Keep It Wild" sticker or a "coexist" sticker and they all drive slower than death!

Daily Driver is a Subie, 98 Wagon infact, awd, decent mileage, ABS= Great car for Idaho winters. Thing gets rallied. Take it drift busting, fishing, been duck hunting a few times when the jeep is broke down.

2x here in Sandpoint. Was just squawking to my wife the other day about the number of subbies around here with an Obama sticker! Don't get me wrong, they make a good car... but I'll never get over the local subby/hippie image.

Most of the people in SD that drive subbi’s are tolerable, I will watch out for the hippies next time I’m in CO though. I’m glad that we got gay/not gay criteria sorted out; I was worried that the WRX STI I was looking at for my daily driver would make me gay. Started to make me wonder if the lifted truck, the mx race bikes and sno-x race sleds in the garage, and the fact that I once threw an egg McMuffin at some D bag at a stop light for driving too slow were all cover ups for my gayness….. I can sleep easy now.

Driving around Boulder, CO you would think a subaru was the only car allowed on the road. They all have Obama 08 and/or Kerry 04 stickers. And yes, none of them know how to drive. There are 2 lanes and a subaru in each doing 5 under the speed limit. Heads up and locked, oblivious to the world around them. To them, they are the only thing that matters.
Boy do they get pizzed when I go blasting around them in my little pos grand am.
If I have time to kill. I like to get in front of them and drive 10mph slower then they are already driving. Really pizzes em off when you inconvenience them.
I talked to a lady at work that drives her little subaru. Has all the proper greenie stickers and everything. She thinks there should be an IQ test to buy one (she's a scientist). I told her it wouldn't work, they couldn't write a test with that low a benchmark.
And yes, this is the proper place to put non-sence like this and if you don't like it, don't read it.
This is how we got such great threads as the airplane, ported chaincase, countersteer, "B" threads.

Great post. I love all the observations, how can they be so accurate across so many states? I curse and rage all the time at those hippie a-hole subaru drivers. Sad thing is I used to be super poor and had an old 81 subaru sedan that I paid $400 for, it ran great and never cost me a dime but I kept it floored everywhere I went. My girlfriend now drives a 400 hp STI and I give her chit all the time but I think the people who drive those are not the typical chit bag subbie drivers.WRX...now a Duramax
