Callaghan is the one that is closed....
I miss Callaghan...
I wonder how many XC skiers use that area... They don't call them "Misery Sticks" for nothing!

OK,going to Braylorne for the 19th.Anyone willing to tour an old guy around?
4 of us are going up to Gold Bridge on the 24th for 5 days... anyone ride there?

Never been to Glodbridge but there's pretty good riding around Gold Bridge if you ever get up that way.
Rutherford
Up Rutherford yesterday. Trail up is in decent shape - fresh groom to 9 km thanks to Rutherford power, and then a bit bumpy to the cabin. Great snow in the lower bowls, but the upper alpine areas got scoured pretty good by the wind. Great travelling snow, with some good play areas. Warm and sunny - felt like spring! Club is doing the best they can to make a decent parking lot - try to park as tight as you can - decks are better than trailers right now. Don't even bother going up to the parking lot with anything bigger than a 2 place trailer. They are collecting trail fees at the parking lot - bring cash.

Only if you stop in at Bralorne for a top up.
Rode lone goat yesterday and it was great! Thanks to all of the friendly locals for the great ride! well worth the drive even if it was only for one day of riding.
