Peak Powersports 1100t mods

P
Been working on the 1100t i thought i would share the results. So far we installed arp head studs , D@D barker can, boondocker 2.0 hyjacker, afr gauge, boost gauge, hiflow air intake, turbo smart blow off valve, intercooler fan, 2.5x 162 challenger extreme. adjustable primary weight kit , primary spring and a torsional spring conversion for the secondary, van amburge rear bumper and tunnel support, slydog 8 inch skis, mod rods vent kit. THIS SLED ROCKS!
Clutching upshifts and backshifts way better than stock and at 18psi this sled is very strong and runs on 91 pump gas all day no deto at 8500 ft plus. still waiting on the narrow front end kit. Thanks Rick

11000ft climbing superchicken this is both on gauge and bd box. bd box always shows spikes up to 20+ psi but would hold 18psi at 7950rpms i never went higher boost #s than this do to lack of snow and no need right now for more boost.

Been seeing 18ish lbs pretty consistently on my 1100t at 9500ft. Only mod is a straight through exhaust.

Which adjustable primary wieght kit did you go with? Looking for one and yours sounds like it is ripping.

Are you happy with the 2.0 Hijacker? Did you have to adjust the fuel map or just increase the boost?

Thanks! :)

K thanks, 18 psi at 9000ft is the same boost level as 13.5 at sea level so you are adding 1-2 pounds of boost over stock.

How heavy are your clutch weights loaded to?

I reread your reply 11000ft and 18 pounds boost?? That would make the same as 12.5 psi sea level so basically stock boost. I think rapidly people are going to figure out the stock turbo is too small for high altitude applications, it has it's tongue hanging out at 20psi so at 11000ft it is only capable of adding a pound or two of added boost over stock when adjusting back to absolute pressure.

Very nice work, how did u build the intake?
Thanks,

Piker

Yes please tell us more on the air intake - I have a Diamond S hood coming and need to figure out what parts I need for the intake. Others please chime in what you've done thanks.

we use cpc red white torsional spring and mod the stock clutch and helix to adapt it.its aliitle more work to install but the results are worth the effort and cpc adjustable turbo weight kit 80-90gram
