PCV - no mods - 2010 800

I am wondering if anyone has installed a PCV on a stock 2010 800 assault or RMK. I am wondering which map to use or if i should try to make my own. Ideally I would want to put an SLP map on it, but they are supposed to be used with some of their upgrades. SLP said it would probably work, but i want to know if anyone has tried it yet.

I'm not looking for more power, I just want to get rid of the bog anf maybe get a litle more durability.

Thanks.

I put a PC5 on my stock 09 D8. I payed the $25 for a Dyno tech subscription, and Jim sent me a map that works great. Search for dyno tech on here. Tell him where you ride, what mods if any, and he will set you up. He is an awsome resource. I also have the SLP map loaded and it does great too, hard to tell which is better. The only mod I have is the SLP can. The PC5 definately is great bang for the buck boost in power.

i've heard guys put a light weight spring in the exhust valve as well the power comanderV anyone doing this olso ? what spring

You need the pink exhaust valve springs above 5,000'. That made a diff for me.

On a stock engine, I would suggest that if you did not mind spending a few more bucks, I would install the MTNTK "Fix Kit" with the original 2008 ECU flash. This will give the durability you are looking for, get rid of the bog and the bonus is a little more power. The kit works! This is only a suggestion. Good luck. :face-icon-small-hap:face-icon-small-hap:face-icon-small-hap
