Pcv accpump?

Im messing with the accpump feature and have an question, the trigger value, what does it stand for? If i have 5,0 value, does that mean it gets activaited every time i given it 5% trottle?
i have the dtr chad slp and janflash, anyone have a god sealevel setup or dont you use the accpump?
