Parking lot posers

Parking Lot Posers =

OK besides the pic at 4:30:rolleyes:
How about the Posers who try showing off....in the parking lot.

I was up in Seeley last weekend and a couple of Sledneck wannabe's showed up.
One had his sled hanging halfway outta his truck...the track was damn near touching the ground.
Kid fires up his sled and of course he has a coffee can attached, revs the hell outta it and goes right by us (where I was trying to work on a sled) and blasts up a snow bank.
Whatta POSER...and IDIOT...way to warm up your sled there genius...yeah the wives were real impressed, they thought he was a bigger choad then we did.

I wonder if the lodge gets any advertising kickback??? That's the first thing I noticed is how big a deal it is to park there and get seen on a screen somewhere. Funny.

The posers I like are the ones that pull in and fire up the sled and within a split second are throwing gravel all over every one. Couple weeks ago in the Hills a kid fired up his "mod sled" and immediately pulled it off the trailer and hammered it, throwing snow all over a group standing a couple trailers down. They obviously weren't happy and he's obviously doesn't know enough to let his sled warm up before pinnning it.

Gotta love what this forum is turning into. Now we have parking lot critics.
So if I go back to the trailer for fuel them Im a poser? Jesus H, at least there not armchair qb'n from a keyboard. Someone needs to go ride. :face-icon-small-con

No Chit, I was thinkin' the exact same thing.

I'd rather be sitting on my sled in the sun in that parking lot than sitting here at my desk in front of the damn computer !!!

Those sleds are bone dry, they couldn't of done to much riding! I don't know about you guys but my sled is loaded up before I start on the beer after a ride, pretty sure those guys were standing around more then they were riding.

Who cares if theres a group of people standing in the parking lot, why don't you guys get off your asses and ride instead of criticizing a picture of some people in the parking lot. what if its a group of people that are new to the sport and its their first ride? They look like newbs to me.

snowhacks are sick!! in person they are even cooler. when you ride it. wow.

mine is lime green:

Shouldn't they be out riding this time of day????????

You are a thief! I was the original that came up with that "parking lot poser" term about 5 or so years ago. Take it back and appoligize.

I don't know how far back the search goes but if we could access the old forum it would come up.

I was there that day! When riding rentals at Tog, you MUST be back and logged in with your sled by 4:30. And YES, the Dragon my buddy rode ONE day was a POS! He rode an M8 the second and third day. I rode an M8 the first day and an M100 the last two days. And YES, we flatlanders LOL! At 280 lbs. the 1000 was the perfect sled for me. He really liked the M8. I felt it was a better handler than the 1000, but the power for climbing was better with the 1000 than the 8. Now, FLAME AWAY LOL!!
