I have seen the sheaves getting grooves from the belt...the belt clearance is really big...thus the belt slams in on the faces...I have seen groves with in 400 miles..they do get loose on the button as well....the material seems really soft to me when drilling and balancing them..
First P22 was breaking primary springs every 80-100km. Dealer put on a new P22 been trouble free 1000km now. I check the primary bolt every 2-3 rides hasn’t moved yet.
