OVS turbo pipe vs turbo y pipe alone. Worth it?

The y pipe on my ovs tial turbo m1000 keeps cracking on me. I'm trying to decide between simply getting a turbo y pipe from d&d or speedwerx, or getting the full ovs turbo pipe kit. It would be nice to hear from some guys who have done the full pipe set. is it worth it for the full setup? How much of a performance gain did you notice and where? TIA

I had the full OVS pipe kit on my propane turbo no issues with it at all. Not sure of the gains because I started with the pipe from new.

NO OFFENSE but you already have a 300+Hp sled

at best on a non turbo sled you maybe see 5HP gains in a y pipe, what do u expect to get out of it, even If you gey 5HP are you going to notice it at all???
really????, Y spend the extra money do what gets you by and spend your money on something useful like a Kmod or a case of beer or 2

As of right now, I was already planning on getting just the y pipe, I need the y pipe for the durability as the stock one keeps cracking. I was told the full pipe setup has a lot better bottom end and is easier to tune. I was just curious about people's experience with it.

The main feature of their wye pipe is material. It has thicker wall material for the heat and pressure of a turbo. It may make better power, but that aint the only object. They dont break!

I bought the ovs pipe this year and hope it holds up like everyone says.. It is beefy!! There is also some more to the pipe, they have done some testing, cutting shortening, extending, and found out what makes the best power and what didnt.. Thats what you get with their pipe set..

I have some friends who run twisted kits and broke them all till they got a bikemen Y, they are holding up for those guys..

got full d&D y and pipe new last year, put about 500 miles on it so far no issues. Installed turbo at same time, not sure how it compares to stock exhaust on boost. The stuff is defiantly heavy duty, just as heavy or heavier than stock weight. All I can say is at 10lbs at 8kft its a hand full!
