POLARIS PRO STAGE-3 TURBO KIT $6499.00 USD
The Polaris Pro 800 stage-3 turbo kit is the real deal with a independent Air/Water intercooler system. This system keeps the charge temps ice cold because of the independent tunnel cooler and water pump used in the stage-3 kit. OVS after a day of riding and data logging showed a average charge temp of 69 degrees. OVS tested a intercooler system that relied upon the engine coolant and the existing tunnel cooler. The results of this day of riding and data logging was shocking. The best this system could cool the average charge temperature was 190 degrees and was totally inconsistent because of the the temperature of the engine was constantly fluctuating. The results of complete testing of both types of intercooler systems made the choice obvious to OVS which intercooler system to include in the Polaris Pro Stage-3 Turbo Kit.

I'm excited to see the OVS Pro kit. These guys don't release anything until it's tried and true. I've had a great experience with my OVS Tial kit on a cat. I'd love to put this kit on a Pro in 2014.

Yep I had an ovs m-8 and an ovs dragon both were great! Their kits are always fully developed!I heard that the comp turbos took some thinking out side the box to make them run Im shure glad they didnt give up so easily,,, now there like a normally asperated sled on the bottom!and rip on top!,great for being in the trees, cant wait to ride!!
