OVS M-1000/M-1200 TURBO PIPE

OVS has finished the riding season and has just got the dyno results in on the new M-1000/M-1200 turbo pipe. This pipe is 16 gauge steel and the Y-pipe is 14 gauge steel. The pipes are hand built not pressed so any weak spots can be avoided. The pipe uses the OVS quick clamp system so the customer does not have multiple factory exhaust springs trying to keep the pipe from leaking. This clamp system keeps the pipe secure and does not break springs it also makes for easy removal and installation of the pipe with out getting bloody knuckles. The pipe dynoed 10 more horespower and 14 more foot pounts of torque than are current pipe. The current pipe dynoed 12more horsepower and 11 foot pounds of torque more than the stock pipe. The pipe starts it's power band at 4200 rpm and peaks at 7600 rpm. The pipe has been manufactured to make great power and big torque and also be heavy enough material to withstand turbo charged pressures without premature breakage. Would I see similar HP gains on a NON-TURBO 1200? I currently have D&D's pipe.

Paul they did all the testing and setup on a turbo sled so odds are no. But there is always a little luck that it might. The pipe was designed for the turbo not na.

I built this pipe for a turbo application but that does not say that it would not work well on a non-turbo application. If you are ever in my neck of the woods swing by and we will give it a try. I can ride and test at the shop.

What kind of price tag will these puppies have on them?

The pipe has a big power band and tunes very easy. You will notice the bottom end torque increase right off the bat.
