Overall Length Comparison - Catalyst vs Ascender!

Measured like summ8rmk.
Catalyst 146 is 119 3/4
24 polaris 155 is 124 1/2
22 165 polaris is 129
Pretty sure ur 155 is a 154.
2.86 or 3.5 pitch. I believe the series 7 (3in) is gone in 24.
Were talking maybe 1in difference with the 156.

So the Axys and Matryx are the same length, minus the tunnel/snowflap measurements.

Thank you gentlemen. So measured this way there appears there is not much difference between the catalyst and ascender. The damn snowflap skewed this and killed my post…😂!

Elevated twin rail ascender 153 running alpha wheels (with TKI offset axel) - 120 3/4. (Not including the paddle)

Cover 19 154 Alpha. The funnest sled I’ve owned, hands down my favorite to date. I loved my 06 M7 but this one is the new king…lol!!!

Not splitting hairs. Polaris calls them a 155. That's why i said it. The 24 boost and 9r are 325 tracks and 22 is 2.75 . All 3.5 pitch. Guessing if you had 10 inch wheels on a Polaris they would be another inch shorter. Don't think you can run them anyway. The moral of the story is none of this really matters. The catalyst is going to be an amazing sled. The only thing that Polaris has on them, that i see, is changing a arms and a 2 rail skid and a factory turbo but i do like the looks of the ibexx kit.
Side note, how much does the catalyst can weigh?

you can play with this dimension quite a bit by changing skis. wonder if it will be worthwhile on the new chassis as it was on the older.

The spindle to axle length would be interesting to know.
A 163 Axys is 102".
This dimension should be corrected for track tension to be precise if comparing chassis to chassis.

What I'm really interested is the difference in heighth from ground to the bellypan on the Catalyst vs. Ascender Alpha. One of the biggest differences I noticed this weekend was now much lower my Alpha rode vs my 9R. Would like someone to post a head on view of the Catalyst vs Matrix.

What was the ascender? The mountain max is gone. I think the catalyst is an inch less than a matryx which is 12. I would have to measure. The alpha ascender was nose heavy and divey.

Maybe length really doesn't matter when the pressure points are jockeyed around, check out the spindles

Back of track to ski tip.

165 elevated Alpha. 130"
162 boost Pro. 127.5"

1.5" of track for Alpha and Elevate moves Skis ~1" forward.

Pretty comparable.

The measure tape needs centimeters. Haha

Caster looks similar.
Is it still 27°.
I think the shape of that spindle has more to do with esthetics than performance.
